The most nutritious and tasty recipes can be made with fruit. As we all know, fruit cake is an important delicious recipe and is liked by everyone. You know it’s also packed with nutrition and other valuable vitamins. Take two oranges and peel them. Make a paste of 6 oz. of orange peel. Chop 8oz of black resins, 8oz of dates and the same amount of cherries. Chop 4 oz of walnuts and the same amount of pineapple into small pieces. Now combine all the nuts, dates, resins, cherries and pineapple in a bowl. Make a good mix and add a quarter cup of flour over the mixture. Beat three tablespoons of sugar and five eggs and add half a cup of honey. Mix in a bowl 6 oz orange peel with half a teaspoon of cloves and half a teaspoon of nutmeg, then add one and three cups of flour and mix well, alternately pouring in the orange juice. In this smooth paste add the fruit slices and mix well again. Now bake the mixture in a 275 degree oven for about four hours. If you like your dessert cold, try making a mixed berry popsicle that will give a different flavor to your regular pudding or ice cream. What you have to do is mix three cups of berries with a third cup of apple juice and three tablespoons of honey. Then place this mixture in a food processor and mix gently, pour the mixture into molds and insert a stick in the middle of each mold. Freeze until solid and serve with some pear sauce.

The pear sauce is not very difficult to make, in a saucepan combine two cups of blueberries, a finely chopped apple with two ripe pears and a tablespoon of grated orange. Now add about a teaspoon of cinnamon and a cup of orange juice with a cup of raw sugar and heat the pan for ten minutes and a few more minutes unless the mixture thickens. So now your topping for your dessert is ready too.
