With the Resistance band you can train your muscles in many ways. In order to achieve the right training success, it is not absolutely necessary to have a firmly anchored attachment point. This week will be five different exercises presented, not all of them need to be included in the training plan. It’s best to look for yourself two or three that you can tell that they are good for your own body.
