Do you want a bigger penis? Increase the length and girth of your penis with this simple exercise

Believe me, those penis enlargement pills that you are taking or thinking of taking will not give you any permanent benefit. Most likely they won’t give you anything. Product creators know this, but they also know that they can sell us anything because we are desperate.

Actually i it was desperate before finding what works. Physical exercise for your penis works. If you are an adult then you have missed the boat for hormone or chemical based penis growth. Time to get physical.

I would like to introduce you to an exercise called “jelqing” or “milking”, which gave me my first real increase in penis size. I don’t think there is a penis enlargement exercise that offers better results because it is both simple and effective.

How does it work?

Well, jelqing gently forces larger than normal amounts of blood into the penis, stretching the elastic tissues of the penis beyond their normal erection size. Then your body adapts by growing new tissue to deal with more blood, which means that over time your penis gets bigger. In my experience, you get both length and girth increases. What I liked the most was that my flaccidity was more impressive porridge.

How to do it?

Very simple:

* Wrap your penis in a warm cloth or rice sock for 5 minutes to warm up

* Coat your penis and the insides of your hands with a generous amount of lubricant – Vaseline is great, but I find that tissue oil leaves my penis looking very healthy afterwards.

* Get your penis partially erect. About 80% erect is best. I’ll leave that ‘how’ in your hands.

* Make an ‘OK’ sign (ring) with your thumb and forefinger, while circling the base of your partially erect penis. Tighten this grip just enough so that the blood can’t get out.

* Slowly (3-5 seconds) pull the handle forward until your hand reaches the head of the penis and follow immediately with the other hand.

* Start with 100 slow strokes the first day and then do 200 a day for 2 weeks, after which you want to work up to 500 a day. But you will only train 3 non-consecutive days a week. Your penis needs to recover and grow, don’t overdo it!

* Redo the warm wrap after training, or take a lukewarm shower / bath (not HOT!).

You will start to see some good profits very quickly. You will probably find yourself admiring your penis after each session due to how bigger and healthier it looks.

Jelqing is a great penis exercise, but it’s just the tip of the iceberg.
