Early career choice leads to separation into “men’s and women’s jobs”

As before, there is a division into “women’s jobs” and “men’s jobs” on the labor market. In the past few years, this gender segregation has even tended to increase – despite numerous equality measures. One reason for this is the sociologist Nina-Sophie Fritsch from the Vienna University of Economics and Business, which was relatively early on in Austria when choosing a career.
