Corona has triggered a surge in digitization. This is confirmed by a study by the consulting firm EY, which also shows a critical gap between large and small companies. “We asked medium-sized companies, that are companies with 30 to 2000 employees. Across all industries, digital technologies are seen as more important. But we have a two-tier society between large and small companies when it comes to digitization and the gap has widened due to Corona” , says Gunther Reimoser, Country Managing Partner at EY Austria.
