Gang stalking is a systematic form of severe harassment by multiple people against one target. Traditionally, people think of a “stalker” as a single perpetrator, while gang stalking involves multiple perpetrators using various techniques to seriously annoy or make a target conform to the so-called rules of society. Common methods used by perpetrators include following the target on foot, by car, and public transportation, cluttering the target’s space in a public place, muttering insults quietly so that only the target can hear, sitting in the car outside of the residence of the target, starting public “fights” with the target, doing “skits” on the street that involve certain information that only the target should know but which has been discovered by surveying the target, stealing and destroying the target’s possessions, creating and spreading false rumors about a target, vilifying the target, taking photographs or videotaping the target, harming the target’s pets, intercepting the target’s phone, and tampering with mail. The target’s family may also be the victim of gang harassment.

Organized stalking is a form of terrorism used against an individual in a malicious attempt to reduce the quality of life of a person so that they suffer a nervous breakdown, are incarcerated, institutionalized, experience constant mental, emotional or physical pain, run out of home. and / or commit suicide. This is done using well-orchestrated accusations, lies, hearsay, false investigations, cheating, cheating, false charges, intimidation, overt or covert threats, vandalism, robbery, sabotage, torture, humiliation, emotional terror, and general harassment. It is a “gang” of community members who follow an organizer and engage in systematic “terrorizing” an individual.

Organized stalking gang members are given the names of the targets or the target is identified. They generally do not know the target beforehand and gang stalkers are also closely connected with stalking groups in other communities.

Gang stalking groups are not youth / racial / motorcycle gangs or mob. Other interchangeable terms used for “gang stalking” include: group stalking, community stalking (supervised local harassment over a wide area), stalking with cause (stalkers use a “cause” for recruitment), harassment (organized stalking in the workplace) and street theater (harassment) skits performed in view of the target in the community). Some victims of organized bullying claim that they are also victims of electronic bullying including: electronic bullying, electronic assault, directed energy weapons (“DEW”), non-lethal weapons, mind control (electronic devices that go through the wall can affect the mind ) and the voice to the skull (US Army designation “V2K”).

Not all victims will experience the same methods of harassment; some victims are more or less harassed, and some with certain techniques and not with others. Victims or targets are commonly chosen because they are: government / corporate whistleblowers, involved in an inheritance dispute, going through a hostile divorce, witnessed a crime, saw something they weren’t supposed to see, are talk show hosts who say the truth or living an alternative lifestyle. Other victims simply do not know why they were chosen.

Skeptics of gang stalking point fingers at the target claiming they are delusional or paranoid, furthering the targets of the perpetrators. Victims of gang stalking easily report that law enforcement agencies will ignore their pleas for help and in fact participate in gang stalking alongside firefighters, various utility workers, and post office employees.
