Berlin – On Wednesday the journalism network “New German Media Makers” presented their diversity guide for the media. The 140-page manual explains why diversity is a managerial responsibility and how to achieve greater diversity in the editorial team. Including international best practice examples and tips & tools on how to promote diversity in editorial offices.
