The truth about toning your muscles, your abs and eating healthy Secrets – Hormones!

Wow, the truth is enlightening. I have studied many “diets” and have also tried many of them. I have had a challenge with my 20 pound weight up and down that I would like to shed completely and once and for all. I know I feel great when I lose this weight. I feel great physically, emotionally and I feel so sexy. I just found, more secrets to take control and direct my eating habits to lose those last few pounds. One of which, no one really addresses, is how food affects hormone levels, which help with weight loss or weight gain. Hormones are such a challenging topic for professionals, especially women. I never realized until now, how important it really is for the balance of our internal chemistry. For example, by eating too many processed and chemically infiltrated foods, the detrimental effect it has on your hormones. Therefore, organic food is the answer. The pesticides and hormones that they inject into all types of meat should not be in our bodies. Yes, we have to pay more, but in the end it is less. The byproducts of these synthetic and manufactured substances promote cancer, heart problems, and all the associated health problems that come with it that are not emphasized enough by health professionals in their consultations.

Wake up and take care. Not only eating healthy, the second most important attribute for good health is exercise. I have practiced religiously for over 20 years. I look at least 10 years younger than my years. When I was about 28 years old, I had two ruptured discs, L4 and L5, which are the most used vertebrae used in the lower back. I was a young entrepreneur and had to work, regardless of my physical health. I was on my back, had to crawl to the bathroom etc, you get the point anyway. I did this for 4 months when I couldn’t take it anymore and finally went to an orthopedic surgeon and after looking at my options I decided to have the least invasive treatment. I didn’t want to be cut open, so I opted for an injection, called Cymopapaine. It was an injection of papaya enzyme in the middle of my (sheet) of records. It was a miracle. I was cured, in a week. From now on, I just needed to get my muscle tone back. I made a commitment, a pact with myself, that I would exercise for the rest of my life, no matter what.

I have explored and practiced exercise and different types of exercise the rest of this time. I am always looking for new and better tools for more effective exercise. I am very muscular for a woman and I need to exercise and tone what I have. Reading this latest teaching tool makes me excited to change my eating habits and get stronger and even great abs. It’s much easier for men to show off and have great abs and the techniques I’ve learned are absolutely the best I’ve seen.
