When you feel trapped in life and chained to those thoughts of imprisonment

One way to heal those self-imprisoning thoughts of feeling depressed and stuck is to let go of the prison house and become one with our inner Self.

What is it that gives us the idea of feeling trapped in life?

Once we are clear about what we really want from life, I found that we are resurrected to experience self-healing.

I noticed a parallel with that feeling of depression and imprisonment that we often give ourselves. You know, when you feel stuck in life.

Tea career in miracles states: “No one wants madness, nor does anyone cling to this madness if they see that this is what it is.”

The authorities seized all my material possessions, or what was left of them, and I was left penniless. All that was left of me was what seemed to be an empty mind.

I use the word “empty” because the material world that had consumed me all my life had vanished in an instant.

I had received terrible legal advice from a lawyer who was poorly equipped to be honest enough about my case and was no match for the well polished prosecutor and a judge, who wanted to be known as tough.

This made me feel more depressed and stuck. He set an example, okay, by giving me a ten-year prison sentence.

His words did not come close to rescuing me from the nausea of feeling depressed and stuck that the fall of the gavel had produced.

Reality hit hard.

Tea career in miracles It also teaches us that, “What protects madness is the belief that it is true.”

And worse yet, since I was in prison six months after I was admitted, I read on the front page the news of the death of my lawyer due to a drug overdose. Looks like he was found face down in the winter snow in his backyard, loaded with cocaine.

Searching for a new prison attorney made me feel more depressed and trapped, and it would not be an easy task unless I could get outside help.

Of the people in my life, only a few stayed with me, and those few continue to cheer me on with their support.

Many loved ones get scared when someone goes to jail.

I don’t mean this as an attack or accusation towards anyone; it is simply a fact of life for a group of individuals who feel depressed and stagnant and become destitute by being incarcerated.

Try to see that identifying with your inner vision and true free will helps you overcome life’s challenges by reducing fears of taking action on your goals and objectives.

He can then break free from the prison cell that he only thinks has him chained and bound.

To your inner freedom!
