Your teenage years should be seen as being full of fun, socializing, and hanging out with your friends, but for many of you, having acne slows everything down. Acne and blemishes can affect you psychologically and can even lead to depression in some cases. Most people know that acne and blemishes are much more common in adolescence than in adulthood and it is estimated that almost 80% of adolescents will develop acne. Will changing my diet help me?
