Glyconutrients – Sugars That Heal Book Review

Glyconutrients – Sugars That Heal Book Review

There are many books out there on glyconutrition, and I’ll tell you a little about one that I really enjoyed, written by Dr. Emil Mondoa, along with Mindy Kitei. Dr. Mondoa is the man who established the Glyconutrient Research Foundation. This book is a relatively quick read and is fairly easy to understand.

The book “Sugars That Heal” provides useful information on the role of glyconutrients by first giving an introduction to the human immune system, describing the key components and stages of the immune response, and specifying the role of glyconutrients in this process.

Its full title is ‘Sugars That Heal: The New Healing Science of Glyconutrients’. Dr. Mondoa addresses the new field of study of glyconutrients, the essential sugars used by the body to promote optimal health and wellness. The book’s thesis is that the modern highly processed diet lacks the rich nutritional benefits that can be gained from fresh plant foods, but newer glyconutritional supplements contain ingredients that have been shown to boost the body’s immune system and increase energy levels.

Glyconutrients are eight “essential” polysaccharides, which are an integral part of intercellular communication systems within the body. The book “Sugars that Heal” describes the effect of increasing dietary intake of these eight special glyconutrients as an increase in lean muscle mass and a decrease in body fat, a decrease in cholesterol levels, and an improvement in the inflammatory response. and the body’s immune system. Dr. Mondoa describes the positive effects of glyconutrients where the body has physically deteriorated. Conversely, however, Dr. Mondoa suggests that a diet lacking in glyconutrients will have negative effects on these aspects of the body’s functioning.

The book goes on to discuss glyconutrients and areas such as:

– immune system boost

– poor health and nutrition

– good health and nutrition

– history of glyconutrients

Dr. Mondoa goes on to describe the helpful role of glyconutrients in overall health, discussing roles in preventative self-care, building stamina, slowing the aging process, muscle tone and strength, preventing damage sun, reduction of body fat and psychological function. and in reversing some of the negative effects of poor nutrition. Sugars That Heal outlines a plan to ensure that all eight glyconutrients are included in the diet through supplements and natural foods.

With the level of excitement surrounding glyconutrients on the market these days, Sugars That Heal is a very popular book that has received rave reviews from many quarters. There is a great deal of anecdotal evidence from people supporting the views he proposes, and pioneering practitioners have been supportive of him as well.
