Reliv Review – Learn what it really takes to be successful with Reliv

A Reliv scam, could there really be one? Reliv International has been recently introduced to you. Now, as a savvy business person, you’re online doing your due diligence. If you are going to get involved with an MLM company, it is best to make sure that it is a good fit for you. You most likely know that the company is in the health and wellness industry. In this Reliv review, we will cover the company’s products and also some very important components on the business side.

Reliv was started in 1985 by a man named Robert L. Montgomery. The company is headquartered in Chesterfield, Missouri. In fact, the company started its dealer network in 1988. The company has five product patents and plans to obtain more. The company has expanded outside of the US and is currently in more than 14 countries with plans to expand further. RELV is the company’s stock symbol.

This company set out to create health and wellness supplements and functional foods that would soothe many different foods. Their range of products have ingredients and claim to provide benefits from plants such as soybeans and herbs and also all of their high levels of antioxidants. The products specifically target topics such as women’s health, performance and energy, joint health and aging, children’s health, heart health and blood sugar control, just for name a few. Reliv’s two best-selling products provide a balanced mix of herbs, vitamins, proteins and minerals and are now called Reliv classic on Reliv.

So what is Reliv’s compensation plan like? The company offers profit sharing at the highest levels of the plan, which are known as ambassador levels, there are five. Just to reach the lowest level of mastery requires 4000 per month. There are also other sources of income that can be created as a Reliv distributor. There are four, to be exact, below ambassador level. Of course, retail revenue can be generated from products that are typically sold at a 20-40% markup. Another stream of income is the wholesale income that is generated from the team of distributors. These are distributors who continue to generate sales that will benefit the primary distributor. The composition plan includes overrides when a distributor breaks away to form their own network. The fourth income can come from company cash travel vouchers.

Reliv has many distributors and many customers who think their products are great. But, when we look at real-life training and support, we realize that it’s the same long, traditional training used from the beginning. Don’t get me wrong, there are many people who have had success with this method. But that’s only 3%. Those are not good real odds. What is the deal? Why do 97% fail? I think this is because the wrong people are being targeted. Why would we contact family and friends when they want nothing to do with our business? Would a television salesman try to sell a plasma screen television to an Amish man? Sounds like fun, but that’s what happens when we do MLM this way.

Why not find a better way? That’s exactly what I did, I searched and searched some more until I found something that made sense. Funny thing is, it’s right there under your nose all the time. The word marketing. That is your missing link in the key to success.
