Free Basketball Picks – 3/19/2006

Jazz @ Grizzlies: Despite being on the road, the Jazz can win this game. Like Utah, Memphis struggles offensively and plays a similar game to the Jazz. Both teams are not very far from each other and it is not good for whoever loses this one. Memphis is not far ahead of Los Angeles and Sacramento and could easily fall out of the playoffs if they lose too much. This will be a close match with the home team winning outright.

Predicted score: Memphis win 83-81

76ers @ Warriors: With Baron Davis out, the showdown between Phili and Golden State is the meeting of two one-man teams. Jason Richardson keeps increasing his score, but the rest of his team does not. With their playoff hopes out of reach, players like Ike Diogu and Andris Biedrins should start to have more playing time. Road win here for the sixers.

Predicted score: Philadelphia wins 96-91

Celtics @ Pacers: Boston and Indiana play big games when it takes place at TD Bankworth Garden. However, it is a different story for the games played in Indiana. Stephen Jackson has played better than Peja of late and they must both score more than 20 in the same game. This is a big winner for Indiana.

Predicted score: Indiana wins 96-84
