According to a recent survey, apparently four out of ten companies are currently unable to find any apprentices. There are too many apprenticeships and too few applicants. Industry bosses criticize the lack of professional orientation, because this has simply been deleted in home schooling. And they want stricter grading in schools again. Moving up with a fiver is currently too easy. And those early school leavers are currently absent from apprenticeship training.
